About Randy
Randy Bracewell is a Navy veteran, Cabo local, and Founder & Principal Advisor at Critical Ready. After 21 years in the U.S. Navy’s Nuclear Power Program, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and an MBA, then held data center leadership roles with PG&E, Sandia National Laboratories, and JLL.
Today, he helps data centers, utilities, and other critical facilities strengthen reliability, prepare their teams, and reduce the risk of costly downtime.
